IT Support Technician

DeepBD is seeking resumes for an IT Technician to provide support to our growing organization.  This position will work closely with our support center, providing assistance to employees and customers, as well our system administration team, maintaining our network infrastructure.
  • Provide IT support to employees within the organization and customers using DeepBD products
  • Triage incoming help desk requests, determining priority level and when escalation is necessary
  • Assist with the installation of new hardware/software and provide training as needed
  • Assist with network and infrastructure monitoring, security, and administration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software related technical issues
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience with both Windows and Linux Operating Systems
  • Understanding of basic networking systems and best practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, through email, or in-person with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Passion for learning new technologies
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ Years working in an Information Technology role
  • Associates degree or higher in technology related field
  • Familiarity with Jira, specifically Jira Service Desk
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 platforms
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
  • Professional certifications given strong preference
